Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to develop 2026 implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions for healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Develop predictive models for societal adoption of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI and biotech applications
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented solutions
- Strong quantitative modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with technology ethics frameworks and policy development
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
