Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech into commercial offerings
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a cross-disciplinary future-tech incubation team
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in product development lifecycle
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals
