- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards and best practices for the future.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and strategic foresight.
- Present technical visions to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term technical roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum computing fundamentals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
