Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present future-focused recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for collaborative R&D
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across the organization's product portfolio

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation
