Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen hardware/software solutions
- Advise C-suite on ethical AI implementation and regulatory compliance
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech consortiums
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA
- Author white papers on sustainable tech adoption for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging fields
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in future technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Track record of securing $5M+ in government/industry grants
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and quantum computing architecture
- Experience advising Fortune 100 on technology transformation
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Strong network with DARPA and NSF program directors
