- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of 20+ specialists in rapid prototyping and MVP development
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $50M+ market potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for pilot deployments
- Present quarterly technology briefings to the board and C-suite executives
- Manage $30M R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Publish industry whitepapers and represent InnovateNext at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in technology foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Experience managing >$25M innovation budgets with 90%+ project success rate
- Strong network with VCs, research institutions, and Fortune 500 tech partners
- Prior publications in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
