Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026 tech horizons (quantum-AI hybrids, bio-digital interfaces)
- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and MVP launches
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Drive patent filings and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-tech roadmaps
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with quarterly ROI optimization
- Mentor talent in emerging tech disciplines (neuromorphic engineering, synthetic data)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Quantum Computing/AI/Neuroscience or equivalent experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record deploying AI/quantum systems at scale
- Expertise in sustainable tech lifecycle management (cradle-to-cradle)
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM) and Quantum Security (IQC)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
