Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and implementing emerging technologies (quantum, bio-integrated systems, AI governance)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to drive R&D initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market forecasting for next-generation tech ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and investors with data-driven recommendations
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and sustainable tech implementation standards
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching transformative products/services in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least three of these areas: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, sustainable tech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, regulatory landscapes, and ethical frameworks
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
