- Present technology strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech team of 8-10 experts
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and portfolio management
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
