Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, IoT, and biotech
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech adoption curves
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor regulatory shifts affecting 2026 tech landscape (e.g., AI governance frameworks)
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal innovation communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product innovation
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique, horizon scanning)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or conferences
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across 5+ regions
