- Direct cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research centers
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous systems and AI
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least 3 future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Strategic planning with board-level presentation skills
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience managing global R&D teams (>50 members)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
