Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization horizons
- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with market disruption forecasts
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with global R&D teams
- Identify and mitigate ethical, regulatory, and adoption risks for next-gen tech

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
