Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption across industries
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs for prototyping 2026-era solutions
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption trajectories
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and predictive modeling skills
- Experience with technology lifecycle management and patent strategy
