Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics frameworks) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives exploring human-machine symbiosis and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives and investor relations
- Author white papers and thought leadership positioning InnovateNext as the 2026 technology authority
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums shaping future regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on Fortune 500 digital transformation
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, Web3, AGI governance, and biotech convergence
- Track record of launching at least two industry-defining products/services post-2020
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology qualification
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
