- Manage innovation pipeline with P&L responsibility for experimental projects

- Champion ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 7+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
