Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligning technology with business objectives.
- Lead feasibility studies for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic system architectures.
- Identify market trends and competitive threats to ensure strategic agility.
- Mentor engineering teams on long-term architectural best practices and innovation methodologies.
- Present high-level strategy to executive stakeholders and the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading multi-year strategic planning initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML trends, cloud infrastructure evolution, and cybersecurity landscapes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technological impacts on business models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts into high-level business value.
