Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Coordinate with venture partners to identify emerging market opportunities
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and R&D resource allocation
- Author white papers on future tech trends and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in launching products with 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investment committees
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology fields
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning methodologies
