Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, design, and implementation of next-gen solutions.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive architectural decisions that ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business vision into technical execution.
- Oversee the adoption of AI and automation tools to streamline operations.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Leadership or Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of scalable system architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise in emerging technologies, specifically AI/ML integration and data strategy.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
