Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing or AI neural networks
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products from concept to launch
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Strong understanding of ESG compliance frameworks
