Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap development, identifying emerging trends and assessing their feasibility for enterprise integration.
- Oversee the research and development of prototype technologies, specifically focusing on AI-Driven Automation and Quantum Algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to architect scalable solutions that align with our long-term 2026 vision.
- Evaluate and select third-party technologies and vendors that support our forward-looking infrastructure goals.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership to secure budget and resources for experimental projects.
- Establish metrics for success regarding technology adoption and innovation velocity.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering leadership, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading future-tech initiatives or working in cutting-edge R&D environments.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate high-level visions into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
