Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable system architectures capable of handling high-volume transactions and AI integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum computing readiness, Edge AI) and integrate them into the current tech stack to ensure long-term viability.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize application performance, reduce latency, and ensure 99.99% uptime across all global services.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards (GDPR, SOC2).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
- AI Integration: Experience integrating Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
