Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record shipping products with futuristic tech components
- Expertise in agile methodologies for long-term R&D cycles
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier tech conferences (NeurIPS, ACM SIGGRAPH, etc.)
- Certification in quantum computing or advanced AI systems preferred
