Qualifications
- 15+ years in senior tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Expertise in distributed systems, machine learning architectures, and security protocols
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent patents
- Experience leading teams of 50+ engineers across multiple continents
- Proficiency in futuristic development tools: quantum simulators, neuromorphic chips, AGI frameworks
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and AI ethics
