Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ users with sub-50ms latency
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)

- Certified in AWS Quantum, Google Quantum AI, or Microsoft Azure Edge
