Responsibilities

- Lead the strategic transition of legacy systems to decentralized, quantum-ready infrastructures.
- Develop and enforce robust security protocols for future-proof data privacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the 2026 product roadmap and technical vision.
- Optimize system performance and latency for real-time predictive analytics.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for scalable coding.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Cloud Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, with a preference for emerging stack technologies.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps, and data pipeline architecture.
- Strong grasp of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless computing models.
- Experience with high-availability distributed systems and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
