Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web applications and APIs using modern languages (Python, Go, or JavaScript).
- Collaborate: Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Debug & Test: Identify and resolve bugs in production environments, and write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for APIs, architecture, and deployment processes.
- Innovation: Contribute ideas to improve system architecture, performance, and user experience.
- Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to internal tech talks and knowledge sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++), understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Tools: Experience with version control systems (Git), and basic understanding of RESTful APIs or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Motivation: A genuine passion for technology and a drive to learn new skills quickly.
