Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-forward digital transformation roadmaps
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive tech
- Drive adoption of neural interface and brain-computer integration technologies
- Develop scalable digital ecosystems for Fortune 500 clients
- Champion human-centered design principles in all digital solutions
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Publish thought leadership in emerging tech journals and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with 5+ in strategic leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling digital products to 10M+ users
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience with metaverse and spatial computing architectures
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Certification in Neuro-Interface Design from recognized institution
