Responsibilities
- Define and execute the R&D roadmap for 2026, focusing on breakthrough AI technologies.
- Lead a high-performance team of researchers to develop proprietary machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into scalable product features.
- Monitor global AI trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI research, machine learning engineering, or a similar senior role.
- Proven track record of publishing papers or leading significant AI projects.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and large language models.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
