Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with next-generation quantum processors.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into neural networks and quantum algorithms to drive our 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize Performance: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI model training, deployment, and optimization to ensure real-time processing speeds.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical standards and best practices for AI/Quantum integration within the organization.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with data scientists, security experts, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Prototype Development: Build and test proof-of-concept models for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a strong focus on deep learning and large language models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
