Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and security protocols for all 2026 initiatives.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in agile environments.
