Responsibilities
- Design and implement auditable AI governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees comprising engineers, policymakers, and social scientists
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for generative AI and decision-making algorithms
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for AI system transparency and accountability
- Create industry-wide ethical standards through partnership with IEEE and WEF
- Advocate for inclusive AI design practices across 15+ global development hubs
- Author white papers on AI existential risks and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing AI governance frameworks in regulated industries
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI interpretability (top-tier conferences)
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proficiency in adversarial machine learning and explainable AI techniques
- Experience testifying before congressional technology committees
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
